FREE delivery from €119*
Free delivery* is available from €119 to a pickup point, and from €179* for home delivery (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg).
*Offer valid excluding bulky or non-standard items, as well as deliveries requiring truck transport.
For overseas deliveries, shipping is carried out by air. We recommend contacting us before finalizing your order, as costs may vary depending on volumetric weight.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship your orders from Monday to Friday with fast processing.
Any order placed before 12 PM (Paris/Brussels time) is shipped the same day, subject to stock availability.
Bank transfer payment: Preparation and shipping will begin once payment is received in our bank account.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on our store are shipped from Monday to Friday. Delivery time then depends on your address and the selected carrier.

How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can then follow your parcel online via the carrier.
DPD: The day before delivery, DPD/Chronopost will send you an SMS or email to confirm the delivery date.
Not available that day? You can easily reschedule the delivery to a later date.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the time slot during which the driver will arrive.
Who will deliver my order?
In general, our parcels are shipped with DPD Group (DPD & Chronopost), one of the largest delivery networks in Europe.
Note: Some orders, depending on the items (bulky, non-standard) and destination country, may be shipped via a specialized carrier or by truck.
Insurance included: Each parcel is automatically covered against loss or damage.
Home delivery or pickup point?
Often absent during the day or looking for a more economical option? Choose delivery to a Pickup Parcelshop near you. You can collect your parcel safely at your convenience thanks to flexible opening hours. Most pickup points are open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Prefer delivery directly to your chosen address? Have your order delivered to your home, family, a friend or a neighbor. You decide the address that suits you best.
